| First of all you need to join Princessegold.com which is totally free. By participating in our various programs (Autosurf/Manual Surf, Paid To Click.. etc) you can earn either credits or direct cash. Accumulated credits can be converted into cash at any time. |
| How Do I Get Paid? |
| We pay you by PayPal, e-Gold or Liberty Reserve. We can also pay you in WebMoney, Pecunix and other digital e-currencies after performing an exchange from e-Gold (payout amount - less any exchange fees). If your payout amount is over $300 USD we can also offer you payment by Western Union or a bank wire. |

| Yes! In the long run, the most rewarding way to accumulate cash & credits is to take an active part in our referral program. Promote Princessegold.com through your personal referral link which can be found in your member area. There are several promotional banners available here as well. |
| How does your referral program work? |
| Our referral program pays you a percentage (%) of all earnings that your referrals have made which is added to your total account balance automatically. You also get paid 1 cent (2 cents for Princesse members) for each direct referral. You earn from your referrals on 5 or 6 tiers depending on your membership status. If you´ve upgraded your account to Princesse membership status you will also get "random referrals". This means that people who visits and signs up at Princessegold.com without a referring member will be placed in your downline at random. |
| Do you have different membership types? |
| Yes. We currently offer Free Membership and Princesse Membership. Each membership type is associated with different benefits. Please check your member area after logging in to view more information. |
| What is Autosurf/Manual Surf? |
| These programs are a part of our traffic exchange. Basically, when autosurfing or manual surfing, you view other members (and advertisers) websites and receive credits for it. You can only convert manual credits into cash or keep them to promote your own links (which will be viewed by other members). |
| What is the difference between auto and manual surf? |
| Autosurfing means that you don´t have to confirm each time you´ve viewed a website in the traffic exchange. In manual surf mode you will have to confirm each page view, however, you can only use manual credits when converting into cash, banner impressions or text links. |
| How can I promote my own websites? |
| Simply go to "My sites" in your member area and add your website. You will need to confirm that your website seems OK in a short verification process that follows. Then go to "Assign credits" to assign either autosurf or manual surf credits to your site and it will start rotating in the traffic exchange. |
| How can I promote my own banners and text links? |
| See above - the method is the same as for adding websites. Add your banner or text link under "My banners" or "My text links" and assign credits to them. They will then start to rotate in the traffic exchange. |
| How can I convert credits? |
| Go to "Convert credits" in your member area. In this section you can convert your accumulated credits into advertising or cash. You can also convert autosurf credits into manual surf credits, but not the other way around. |
| How do I request a cash out? |
| Go to "Convert credits" in your member area. A pay out-request link will be available here if you´ve accumulated enough funds to cash out. Payout minimum is $15 USD for Free members and $5 USD for Princesse members. |
| What sites/banners are allowed? |
| We allow all kinds of sites except for sites with adult or illegal material, warez and other inappropriate content. Sites with excessive pop-ups, framebreakers and similiar are not allowed either. |
| How do I report abuse or SPAM? |
| If you come across an inappropriate site while surfing our traffic exchange, simply click the link "Report Site" in the view bar and enter your report. Try to be as specific as you can. You can report SPAM by using our contact form under "Contact Us", you can also e-mail us directly at support@princessegold.com. |
